I am fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the world, and I take every opportunity to get out into nature.

The Malvern Hills, just five minutes from my home, offer endless inspiration throughout the seasons, and through sketching and photography I gather ideas for painting at home in my studio.

As well as Worcestershire and Herefordshire, I frequently visit and paint in Mid Wales, particularly the Elan Valley. I also love to return to Norfolk, where I grew up, and paint the big skies and wetlands of home.
